Chambers County Paws & Claws Program Presents:

a spay and neuter program for Chambers County residents and surrounding areas with total household income of less than $50,000.

Cats: $15 Copay

Dogs: $25 Copay

• Apply for a voucher at Lanett Animal Clinic.
• Must provide owner’s name, proof of Chambers County residency (or surrounding area) with valid driver’s license/ID to match, phone number, email, proof of total income less than $50,000.
• If your pet does not have a current rabies vaccination with proof (must have more than just a tag), your pet will receive it at the time of surgery for an additional $12.
• All copays and rabies vaccination fees to be paid to Lanett Animal Clinic
• All pets must be picked up the same day of surgery by the end of business day, all pets who are not picked up by the end of the business day will be boarded at an additional cost to the owner.
